Can you customize my order?

Yes, we do customize our products to fit the needs of our customers. For the customization process to begin all you need to do is to contact us.

Can I use coupons on custom orders?

No, when purchasing a personalized product, no type of discount coupon can be used (discount campaigns that are in force cannot be used either).

Can I cancel my order?

You can request the cancellation of your order up to 24 hours after purchase.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns up to 30 days upon delivery of the package.

How much time will take to receive my order?

Our production time typically ranges from 3 to 6 business days, and delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days. Please note that although we strive to meet these timeframes, there may be delays due to customs or carrier factors outside our control.

What if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, you must report to the courier right at the moment of the delivery and report it back to us. Do not refuse the package.

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, please contact the shipping company in order to find out more information about your shipment. If the shipping company does not solve the issue, please contact us.

Can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped you will receive a notification with the tracking number. 

Who is responsible for paying customs fees?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

– EUROPE: TAX FREE (no extra fees within the EU, except UK, Switzerland and Norway).
– USA: 99.8% TAX FREE** for orders below 800 USD
– CANADA (Custom fee’s normally present. Confirm with customs for more information.)

If any value for a non EU country is charged, it will be paid by the client. This value is charged by destination country customs.
As a client, you should be informed of any taxes charged at your country based on your order value.

Orders cannot be canceled and a refund requested to avoid the payment of your custom fees. Refunding is only possible with the return of the item(s).
